10. Tagung zum Polizeirecht: Einvernahmen in der Strafverfolgung: Das Potenzial der Méndez-Prinzipien für die Praxis
Die Einvernahme von Personen ist eine der wichtigsten Informationsquellen im Strafverfahren. Die 10. Fachtagung Polizeirecht vom 13. März 2026 widmet sich sich der Bedeutung fairer und effektiver Einvernahmen im Strafverfahren und der Vorstellung der Méndez-Prinzipien. Die Tagung setzt sich aus Referaten, Workshops und einer Podiumsdiskussion zusammen.
Die Tagung findet statt im UniS, Schanzeneckstrasse 1, 3012 Bern, die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt CHF 290. Es wird simultan Deutsch/Französisch/Englisch übersetzt.

Colloques 2026

10e colloque sur le droit de la police: Interrogatoire en poursuite pénale: potentiel du principe de Méndez dans la pratique
L'interrogatoire des personnes est l'une des principales sources d'information dans les procédures pénales. La 10e colloque sur le droit de la police, qui se tiendra le 13 mars 2026, sera consacrée à l'importance d'interrogatoires équitables et efficaces dans les procédures pénales et à la présentation des principes de Méndez. La colloque comprendra des exposés, des ateliers et un débat.
Il se tiendra à l'UniS, Schanzeneckstrasse 1, 3012 Berne, et les frais de participation s'élèvent à 290 CHF. Une traduction simultanée allemand/français/anglais sera assurée.

Symposiums 2026

10th Symposium on police law: Interviews in criminal investigations: the potential of the Méndez principles in practice
Questioning people is one of the most important ways of obtaining information in criminal proceedings. The 10th Symposium on police law on March 13, 2026, will focus on the importance of fair and effective interrogations in criminal proceedings and the presentation of the Méndez principles. The symposium will consist of presentations, workshops, and a panel debate.
The symposium will take place at UniS, Schanzeneckstrasse 1, 3012 Bern, and the participation fee is CHF 290. Simultaneous translation will be provided in German, French, and English.
